About our Agency:
 
Barkema Insurance Agency has served the Insurance needs of individuals and businesses in Iowa since 1983. 
Richard Barkema started Barkema Realty & Insurance in 1983 in uptown Murray.  His son, Marshall, started in the business in 1996. 
When Richard retired in 2000, Marshall took over the business and changed the name to Barkema Insurance Agency. 
Today, Marshall and his wife, Jolene, run the office.
